Supporting participants to implement and sustain the tools and skills learnt following their attendance on a workshop.
Audience: Applicable to individuals and Teams
Getting started is often the hardest part of the change process and the risk of returning to “business as usual” is at its highest.
We understand that training programmes on their own are not enough to bring about long-term sustainable change. Learning takes time and some of the most valuable lessons come as participants start to execute the plans they built during the programme within the whirlwind of their day job.
Therefore ‘Implementation Coaching’ is such an important part of our approach. In the form of a 1-2-1 or team coaching sessions our goal is to make our participants feel supported and that help is available when they need it.
Building and holding individuals and teams accountable in a way that sustains after the coaching has long been completed. The focus is about increasing performance in measureable ways and delivering improved patient outcomes through implementation rather than the retention of models etc.
‘Implementation coaching’, is carried out by experienced execution coaches with years of experience in overcoming challenges to performance and execution.
