Methodology:
- Getting started is often the hardest part of the change process and the risk of returning to “business as usual” is at its highest.
- We understand that training programmes on their own are not enough to bring about long-term sustainable change. Learning takes time and some of the most valuable lessons come as participants start to execute the plans they built during the programme within the whirlwind of their day job.
- Therefore ‘Implementation Coaching’ is such an important part of our approach. In the form of a 1-2-1 or team coaching sessions our goal is to make our participants feel supported and that help is available when they need it.
